Today has been a quiet, stay-at-home sort of day. It is rainy and has gotten colder. They're predicting up to 6 inches of snow tonight. It's been nice to just stay inside. Lucy made some bacon. Phil and Charlie and I played a "two-three guys" game of StarCraft. I should have time for a nap this afternoon, then it's off to skating.
When went into skating, the rain was changing over to sleet. When we came out, the sleet was very heavy and was just begining to stick. By the time we got to the Harp for dinner, it was changing to snow. Just Friday the last of the snow that had been in our yard since November finally melted. Tomorrow, we're going to have several inches on the ground again. Sigh... It won't last long, though. This is probably the last gasp of winter. Knowing that, I was able to watch the snow and enjoy the peaceful, serene evening.
I don't normally watch Andy Rooney, but 60 Minutes was on the TV at the Harp. I thought Andy was in uncommonly good form this evening.
