Today we installed a wireless network at Rick's house, so I have a network connection again! Hopefully, I'll just write a bit now and then and otherwise keep the laptop packed away, but it's nice to have the capability.
Yesterday was a long drive down from Massachusetts. We just followed the directions from MapQuest and, after 17 hours on the road, we arrived in good order.
Today there has been a whole crew of kids playing in and around the house and the river. The neighbor two doors down has a cute little boxer. Alisa says we could get another boxer, if she can get a guarantee that it will stay that small.
Tomorrow the plan is to visit the ocean. Vacation is good.
