The humidity here is terrible. Lucy and I did our usual lazy Saturday morning things: pancakes, dog walking, and farmer's market. We were late and ended up stopping a farm stand to get corn and blueberries. At the library, I picked up Lion's Blood and two books off the new book shelf. After lunch I stopped by the BCRC and checked to see how the big update went last night. Before I left, I set all of the machines to update to the new image when they ran their update script in the early morning. Three machines needed minor tweaking, but all of the others seemed to be working normally. It's a relief to have the BCRC machines on a solid footing again. Since returning, I've stayed in the air conditioning reading one the new books.
