Tonight Alisa and I are going to see Rory Block at the Iron Horse. I would have said that we always have a good time at the Iron Horse, but Alisa reminded me that the last time we went there, she came down with the flu and threw up repeatedly both there and all the way home.
I've finally found a MOO client that has local text editing: 
Mudwalker. It's excellent -- I haven't found any bugs so far. I know that emacs can be a moo client and provide local editing, but I've always been a vi sort of person. Having a real text editor makes the MOO a lot more supportable.
