ESNE should offer receptions at NASK and ISE. We should get a banner for ESNE with an ESNE logo that we can put up and some flyers that talk about ESNE membership and benefits. For the reception, we'd want to bring cups and stuff to drink: maybe wine, soda, water, and coffee? Maybe some snacks too, like peanuts and pretzels?

Please add your thoughts and we'll refine this as we do it a time or two so as to have a model for how to make it work well.

Currently, the plan is to have it on the first Sunday of the class (July 11th) at 3pm.
